Returns

Items shipped from Poojansamagristore.com, can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.The refund process will be initiated once your request is registered from our end, and we have received the product back from you. You need to call us on our helpline or mail us at returns@poojansamagristore.com. Please send us your Benificary name; Account Number; Bank Name; Bank Branch; IFSC code; and your mobile number on returns@poojansamagristore.com

The following conditions will be considered for return:
  1. Products once sold can be returned only when they are damaged or defective, or not as per the order. Products must be returned within 15 days from the date on which they were delivered to you;
  2. Products can be exchanged or a refund can be provided for the products mentioned herein above;
  3. Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging will not be accepted for return. Only unused and unaltered products with original tags, original packaging intact, shall be accepted for return;
  4. Special or customized products made as per customer specifications or sold as non-returnable will not be accepted for return;
  5. Defective product, properly noted damaged product and returns that are the result of a Poojansamagristore.com error may be returned at Poojansamagristore.com expense and for a full credit, subject to the other provisions of this policy. The damaged product notification should be send to us within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment;
  6. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner;
  7. Packs broken, breached or damaged do not qualify for a refund or replacement;
  8. Returns would be accepted only if it is in its original packaging and is accompanied with its invoice;
  9. In case we are unable to replace the damaged or defective product, we will either recommend a similar product after discussing the option with you or issue a full refund;
  10. The shipping charge for any returns will have to be borne by the customer;
  11. For the return any product which is delivered to the customer in damaged or defective condition, and if we are unable to replace the product, shipping charges applicable to that item will also be refunded; and
  12. Returns of International orders will not be accepted
